How to enter

You can enter individually or as a group and submit as many recipes as you wish. There will be four books produced for different readers:

Children and Young People – all recipes for this category must be safe for young people to prepare so need to be cold/uncooked recipes such as sandwiches, smoothies or any other nutritious meal ideas that will be safe and easy to make.

Older People – think of recipes that older people may enjoy that are highly nutritious and well balanced.

Busy Family – think of a nutritious meal suitable for all the family, perhaps one that can be prepared easily and safely.

Students – consider recipe options that can be made in advance to avoid the temptation to cook after a night out…or something cheap, fun and inventive to impress friends.

Simply send in your recipe which will be evaluated by our panel of carefully selected judges…but be sure to read the competition terms and conditions first!

Design your own Safe and Healthy Recipe then submit it in one of the following ways...
