Healthy Quarter Pounder (3rd PRIZE)

INGREDIENTS

Makes 2 burgers

  • 200g minced turkey
  • Finely Chopped onion
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and ground pepper
  • 2 Wholemeal Rolls
  • Salad for Garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix together the Turkey, onion, oats and parsley well with a little salt and pepper.
  2. Shape the burgers.
  3. Grill for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Prepare tomato, sliced cucumber and onion.
  5. Slice bread roll, lightly toast, add low fat dressing, add burger, place salad on top.
  6. Enjoy
