Roasted Bangers, Wedges & Veg (1st PRIZE)

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Large Sausages
  • 2 Medium Potatoes cut into wedges
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 1 Courgette
  • 2 tbs Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
  • 2 Cloves Garlic (Crushed)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Switch on the oven gas mark 6/200c
  2. Chop the Vegetables
  3. Toss ingredients in oil, herbs and garlic
  4. Bake for 40 – 60 Mins
