What No Custard (3rd PRIZE)

INGREDIENTS

• 2 eating Apples
• Ready made pastry
• Ready made custard
• Teaspoon of milk

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Decore apples leaving a closed end.
2. Roll out pastry and stand apple, make sure apple is covered when sealed.
3. Insert custard and seal pastry round apple with milk.
4. Cook for 15-20 minutes, Gas mark 7.
